The groove type compost turner machine is used for the fermentation and tipping of organic wastes such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge waste, filter sludge of sugar factory, dregs cake, straw sawdust, etc. It is widely used in the fermentation and decomposition and water removal operations of organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge waste plants, horticultural farms, and bisporus cultivation plants. The groove type compost turner machine is composed of transmission device, lifting device, walking device, tipper device, transfer vehicle and other main components. The motor directly transmits the power to the cycloidal pinwheel reducer and drives it to the tipping drum through the sprocket. The flipping fins on the drum are arranged in a row, which can turn the materials in the fermentation tank over, stir and move backward, thus achieving the effect of fast tipping speed and uniform mixing, so as to achieve full contact between the materials and the air, so that the fermentation effect of the materials is better.
