The vertical fermentation equipment designed by the company is mainly divided into internal fermentation material loading part,the external thermal oil layer and insulation layer, and the other is equipped automatically electrical control system.

Compared with traditional fermentation equipment, this equipment adopts vertical tank fermentation to save land occupied area to a considerable extent; this equipment also uses vertical heating device, intelligent electrical control to ensure constant temperature fermentation. It completely solve the seasonal limitations of the traditional fermentation equipment; and its intelligent electrical control, constant temperature fermentation can promote the fermentation cycle from the traditional 15 days or so, shorten to 8-24 hours and 1-5 days natural maintenance and it greatly improving the fermentation efficiency.

This ferment tank can make full use of land and processes the animal waste /manure and finish fermentation efficiently and quickly .It is safe and easy to operate.

A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

A: 30% of total prices should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70% balance payment should b paid by T/T before delivery.
Q4: How long is the warrenty of your equipments? Does your company supply the spare parts?
A: The warranty period of fertilizer equipments is one year. And we will supply the spare parts for you at lowest cost.
